Communications

Town of Madison Fire Dept. utilizes the Dane County Fire/EMS radio system for all communications, plus state of the art Mobile Data Computers (MDC) are installed in both ambulances, Engine 1 & Ladder 9. These MDC's allow the officer or paramedics to read all the details of incidents they are responding to, plus it allows them to access special information including "pre-plans", haz-mat, safety and road closure information.
