The Town of
Madison Police Department is proud to make our accident reports
available on-line.
Our
partnership with PoliceReports.US, LLC has allowed us to place our
crash reports on-line for 1100 days for each crash report.
You may obtain your
accident reports here;

All accident reports
investigated by the department after October 21, 2007 are available
with the following exceptions;
1) Fatal accidents
2) Narrative reports to
accidents, but the MV4000 accident report will be available on-line
You may still obtain
accident
reports from the police department or via mail. Reports obtained
this way will cost $0.25 per page. If reports are mailed the
cost of mailing the reports will be added to your cost.
